Doula CARE Package

• Explore your options and desires for birth
• Answer a Questionnaire (health history mostly)
• Get to know each other.

• Childbirth education & preparation usually at week 37 & 38
• Birth preferences sheet (defining your intentions, vision, and preferences including your partner wishes)

• 24-hour on call for you between 38-42 weeks of pregnancy
• Continuous support in active labor (in home, hospital and/or birth center) 
• Care for 1-2 hour after baby’s birth

2 postpartum visits 

• Includes breast-feeding support and birth review.
• Postpartum mood screening (if interested)
• Provide resources if needed.
