About Me

I have always been amazed by the process of creating life and having the opportunity to support folks that choose to go through the birthing experiences is my passion. My passion further lies in creating a positive and empowering experience for folks giving birth and working to unlearn the fear and trauma that most womyn experience during birth in a patriarchal society. 

As an immigrant woman, my educational track was not traditional. I chose to put my career on hold when I gave birth at a young age to raise my family, but I decided to pursue my career when my kids went to college to become a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). I am a registered nurse and a birth doula, while I continue to learn best practices and liberatory frameworks for birthing supports.
