I am thrilled to share my experience with Zaira, as my doula. She played an invaluable role throughout my pregnancy and childbirth journey. Zaira's warmth and compassion made me feel supported and understood. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that I felt empowered and informed every step of the way.

Her knowledge and expertise were evident as she guided me through prenatal education, providing practical advice and emotional support. When labor began, Zaira was a calming presence, helping me navigate the challenges with confidence. Zaira made my experience so smooth that I now feel completely unafraid to have another baby. After the birth, she was incredibly helpful with the baby, drawing from her unique experience of working with infants before becoming a doula. This background allowed her to provide insightful tips and reassurance that eased my transition into motherhood.

Zaira's dedication to my well-being extended beyond the birth. She continued to be a source of support during the postpartum period, checking in and offering resources to help me adjust. I truly believe that having Zaira by my side made my birthing experience more positive and fulfilling.

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have Zaira as our Doula for the birth of our first child. She provided support for us before, during and after the birth of our son. My husband and I felt so comfortable around Zaira that we had no doubt we wanted her to be out Doula. Zaira was always available by text, phone and email to answer all the questions we had. Prior to delivery we spent some time learning and practicing some of the techniques and methods Zaira uses to ensure I had an easy delivery. It was very helpful. When I went into labour, Zaira was so quick to meet us at the hospital. She made me feel special, calm and happy during the labour process. She is an excellent teammate and coach. My husband felt her support and was also guided by her. All the nurses were thankful I had her by my side. Zaira not only collaborated well with personnel but checked everything was set up and made correctly as we planned. After we went home she checked on me regularly and helped with all my questions (trust me, I had a lot ;)) 

I can’t thank her enough for being our closest person in this very important and special moment of our life. I can’t wait to work with her again!

I had the pleasure of receiving Zaira’s doula services for the birth of my first baby boy. I had absolutely no idea what to expect, but Zaira had all the answers. During her home visits, my boyfriend and I received great information to prepare for delivery with very helpful diagrams and pictures. If I had questions she couldn’t answer, she was honest and made sure she got back to me quickly after our session. 

You definitely need someone like Zaira in the delivery room with you. She will defend your birth plan and make sure you understand everything that is going on. Child birth is hard and when you’re in such a vulnerable state, you need someone like Zaira there to listen to you and make sure everything is done in your best interest! She will not let you down!
